Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch relevant products/services
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Follow up with interested leads to close sales
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs
  • Handle customer queries in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support, telesales, or a related field (Freshers can apply)
  • Good communication skills in English and any one regional language – Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
