Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executives to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services and convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch relevant products/services
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with interested leads to close sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, telesales, or a related field (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in English and any one regional language – Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, or Kannada
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate
