Scope and Role
Administrative Officer will be responsible for the complete estate management and administration of the campus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting Principal in carrying out various administrative duties
- Physical infrastructure / facilities / assets management
- Transport Management
- Facility Management
- Canteen Management
- Horticulture Management
- Vendor Management
- Supervision of Housekeeping
- Supervision of Security
- Management of essential services like water, electricity, life-saving drills, etc.
- Branding and Marketing Activities
- Liaison with various Government / External Agencies, Organizations & Neighbouring Societies
- Administrative arrangements for various school programmes, annual excursions, field visits
- Other allied work
Other Responsibilities
- Recruitment of non-teaching staff
- Preparation and maintenance of a complete database of non-teaching employees
- Preparation and collection of documents of the leaving employee like Exit Interview Forms, Getting clearance from all Departments, Full & Final Settlement, etc.
- Support front office team operations
- Handling Admin office operations
- Handling queries/ grievances of parents
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a School Administrator
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills exhibiting leadership by example
- Knowledge of administrative processes of schools
- Work related IT skills
- Outstanding organizational ability
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Good judgment and decision-making aptitude
- Army/ forces background preferred
- Knowledge of establishing organisational system SOPs
