  • Student Support and Success: Provide academic advising, mentor students, and support their career development.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Ensure the program meets accreditation standards (e.g., AACSB) and complies with relevant regulations.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage the program's budget, allocate resources effectively, and track performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with alumni, employers, and other stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and report data on student performance, program outcomes, and rankings.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract qualified students and build the program's reputation.
