Job Summary
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the overall warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics coordination, vendor management, and team supervision. The role involves ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills to streamline operations and ensure seamless coordination between departments, transporters, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate stock levels through regular audits and reporting.
  • Monitor product movement to ensure optimal inventory utilization.
  • Manage inventory records using warehouse management systems.
  • Receiving & Dispatch Operations:
  • Oversee the receiving, Quality Check and proper storage of goods.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products.
  • Verify and maintain all documentation related to inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Order Fulfillment:
  • Supervise order picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize urgent orders.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all order deliveries.
  • Vendor & Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate with vendors for stock availability, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
  • Liaise with transporters for efficient logistics planning and cost optimization.
  • Warehouse Maintenance & Safety:
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Implement and monitor safety standards and housekeeping protocols.
  • Report and resolve maintenance or operational issues promptly.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Allocate work efficiently and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Conduct regular team reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.
  • Address operational discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management.
  • Proficiency with warehouse/inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in warehouse management.
  • Hands-on experience with Easycom software for inventory and order management.
