Role & responsibilities

  1. Warehouse Operations Management:

  2. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing food, beverage, and hospitality supplies.

  3. Ensure that inventory levels are maintained accurately and that stock is rotated according to FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

  4. Implement and monitor efficient warehouse procedures to optimize storage space, streamline picking, packing, and shipping processes.

  5. Inventory Control & Management:

  6. Conduct regular stock counts and audits to verify inventory accuracy.

  7. Manage inventory replenishment, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.

  8. Implement inventory management software and systems to track stock movements, minimize wastage, and prevent overstocking.

  9. Team Leadership & Development:

  10. Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

  11. Set clear performance targets,conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.

  12. Ensure that all warehouse personnel follow safety protocols and company policies.

  13. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination:

  14. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.

  15. Optimize transportation and delivery schedules to support timely distribution of supplies to various departments.

  16. Manage relationships with external logistics partners to streamline operations.

  17. Reporting & Analysis:

  18. Generate regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and operational costs.

  19. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost savings, and service delivery.
  20. Provide insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.
