We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Warehouse / Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate end-to-end warehousing and supply chain operations. This role is focused entirely on coordination and relationship management between suppliers, transport partners, warehouses, and clients to ensure seamless stock movement and on-time deliveries.

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience in operations/warehousing, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Coordination: Ensure timely receipt of stock from suppliers and coordinate dispatches from partner warehouses to clients.
  • Issue Resolution: Liaise with transporters, partners, and clients to resolve delivery issues, including stock rejections, delays, or exceptions.
  • Partner Communication: Act as the central point of contact connecting suppliers → warehouses → transport → clients.
  • On-Time Deliveries: Monitor and follow up to ensure dispatch and delivery timelines are consistently met.
  • Escalation Handling: Quickly address and resolve any operational bottlenecks or partner concerns.
  • Documentation Support: Assist in basic documentation related to dispatches, returns, and client acceptances.
  • Team & Vendor Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain a smooth operational flow.

Skills & Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or supply chain management.
  • Strong coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Willingness to travel locally to warehouses, suppliers, or client locations when required.
