Job Title: HR Strategy & Transformation Consultant

Department: Human Resources / People Advisory

Reports To: Head HR Consulting / Director – People Strategy

Role Overview

The HR Strategy & Transformation Consultant will partner with enterprise clients and senior leadership teams to design and implement transformative people strategies. This role demands a balance of analytical rigor, strategic foresight, and strong stakeholder management to drive organizational effectiveness, talent transformation, and cultural evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage consulting engagements in organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, and culture transformation.
  • Partner with CXOs and senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct diagnostics, benchmarking, and data-driven analysis to identify HR transformation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement actionable HR roadmaps, operating models, and change management strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership sessions to co-create and embed transformation outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent project delivery and measurable business impact.

Relevant Experience

  • Proven track record in HR consulting, strategic HR, or HR transformation roles with enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic HR projects in organizational design, talent management, or culture transformation.
  • Experience engaging and influencing CXOs and senior stakeholders.

Educational Background & Certifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Strategy, Organizational Psychology, or related disciplines.
  • Certifications in HR Strategy, People Analytics, or Change Management are an advantage (preferred but not mandatory).

Communication & Facilitation

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas clearly.
  • Experience delivering workshops, presentations, or training sessions is an added advantage.
