For additional information, visit us at Job Description:Job DescriptionWipro Consulting is seeking a Partner / Director to lead and expand our People & Change Advisory offerings with a strong focus on Generative AI adoption, HR transformation, and enterprise change management. This leadership role combines business development, delivery excellence, and practice growth—enabling clients to future-proof their workforce and unlock value from AI-powered transformation.Key ResponsibilitieGo-to-Market & Client DevelopmentLead the go-to-market strategy for Gen AI–enabled people transformation services.Develop CXO-level relationships with clients across industries and global markets, with a focus on GCCs and large enterprises.Shape and convert strategic pursuits across HR transformation, change management, and digital workforce advisory.Collaborate with Wipro domain, digital, and AI practices to develop integrated solutions.Engagement Delivery & Advisory LeadershipAct as engagement partner for large-scale HR and people transformation programs enabled by Gen AI and automation.Deliver HR operating model redesign, talent strategy, org structuring, and behaviour change initiatives.Lead cross-functional teams on AI readiness, capability building, and HR tech modernization.Ensure alignment with Wipro's responsible AI and digital ethics principles.Practice Growth & Capability BuildingBuild Wipro's global People & Change delivery assets, frameworks, and accelerators.Develop a high-performing team of consultants skilled in Gen AI, HR, behavioural science, and change enablement.Lead internal initiatives to scale IP, reusable content, and point-of-view development.Thought Leadership & InnovationRepresent Wipro in external forums, webinars, and analyst briefings on the future of work, HR innovation, and AI-driven change.Drive development of differentiated POVs, white papers, and Gen AI use cases for people transformation.Mentor consultants and emerging leaders, promoting a culture of learning, inclusion, and innovation.Preferred Experience & BackgroundMaster's degree in business administration, management, HR, finance, or related field.15+ years in management consulting, with 10+ years in HR advisory, change management, or people transformation.Strong track record in sales and delivery of multi-million-dollar transformation engagements.Hands-on experience with Gen AI use cases in HR, workforce upskilling, digital HR platforms.Familiarity with change adoption methodologies and AI-driven workforce design.Experience working with global clients is highly desirable.Key Skills & AttributesStrategic advisory mindset with strong commercial acumen and client influence.Deep understanding of HR transformation levers, Gen AI implications, and workforce change dynamics.Ability to collaborate across Wipro's global consulting, engineering, and platform capabilities.Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presence.Mandatory Skills: Business Dynamics Consulting .Experience: >10 YEARS .Reinvent your world.
