The role is with a leading General Insurance broker providing specialist risk–management solutions serving businesses across diverse sectors and markets. With a rich legacy and a strong focus on building long-lasting relationships and delivering exceptional value to the client.
About the Role
: Looking for candidates with good CXO, CFO connects in B2B segment from the insurance setup. Someone who can open doors to large corporates.
Responsibilities
:
- New Business Development
: Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the corporate sector through networking, referrals, and cold calling. - Client Relationship Management
: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and ensure client satisfaction. - Proposal and Quote Preparation
: Preparing and presenting proposals, quotes, and insurance solutions tailored to the specific needs of corporate clients. - Negotiation and Underwriting
: Negotiating terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best possible policies for clients. - Compliance
: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies. - Market Knowledge
: Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies. - Collaboration
: Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., operations, underwriting) to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
Qualifications
:
- Minimum Graduate, MBA (preferred).
Required Skills
:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience from the Insurance broking industry only.
- Experiences in connecting with top-level management or decision makers of large corporates.
- Generating revenue individually and with the team.
- Team handling experience.
- Product Knowledge - Non-Employee benefits (Non EB).
