Key Responsibilities
- Manage MCA/RoC compliances entities in line with statutory requirements.
- Draft and review documents to support secretarial operations of LLPs and Private Limited entities.
- Conduct annual compliance and reporting for all MCA-registered entities.
- Maintain and update records of board/general meetings, including preparation of agendas, notices, resolutions, and minutes.
- Review legal and regulatory clauses in critical client and internal engagements.
- Monitor and review client credit status through various portals to ensure financial and regulatory prudence.
- Ensure adherence to ICAI norms for regulated entities.
- Support compliance with SEBI Guidelines, Insider Trading Guidelines, and other applicable corporate governance requirements.
- Assist in developing internal controls, processes, and best practices to strengthen corporate secretarial functions.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
- 4–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in professional services/consulting firms.
- Strong knowledge of MCA, LLP Act, Companies Act, SEBI Guidelines, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Hands-on experience in drafting minutes, resolutions, notices, and legal agreements.
- Familiarity with ICAI norms and financial regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
