Job Description
- Ensuring compliance with SEBI and other listing and IPO compliance's
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain accurate records, including minutes of board meetings and statutory registers.
- Oversee the filing of returns with regulatory authorities in a timely manner.
- Provide advice to the board on corporate governance practices.
- Collaborate with legal teams to draft and review agreements and documents.
- Manage communication with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Support the legal department in handling legal notices and queries.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with property-related laws in Mumbai.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Company Secretary should have:
- Experience of 4 to 9 years working in an equity listed company.
- Professional qualification as a Company Secretary from a recognised institute.
- Experience in handling corporate governance and compliance tasks.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
