Senior Manager – Broking Application Support

Provide first-line and advanced technical support for core applications including Sharepro, CLASS,

Oracle Fin Tech and other broking/back-office systems.

 Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and data-related issues within defined

SLAs.

 Develop and maintain scripts, utilities, and Excel-based tools (including advanced formulas, Pivot

Tables, and macros) to automate reports and routine operational tasks.

 Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT for patches, upgrades, new releases, and change

requests.

 Monitor data flow between trading platforms, back-office systems, DP, RMS, accounts and related

interfaces, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

 Participate in UAT, regression testing and deployment activities for new features, products and

system changes.

 Document configurations, workflows, FAQs, known issues, and resolutions for internal knowledge

base.

 Work closely with operations, dealing, compliance, and finance teams to understand requirements

and translate them into system changes or enhancements.

 Ensure adherence to information security, regulatory, and audit requirements in all application

support activities.

Required qualifications and experience

 Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

 3–6 years of experience in an application support or developer-support role, preferably in a stock

broking / capital markets / financial services environment.

 Working knowledge or exposure to standard broking/back-office software such as Sharepro, CLASS,

Oracle Fin Tech.

 Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions; experience with VBA/macros is

preferred.

 Good understanding of SQL/database concepts and ability to write basic queries for analysis and

troubleshooting.

 Familiarity with front-office and back-office processes in equity and F&O broking will be an

advantage.
