Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive (IT Sales) who will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, engaging with clients, and promoting our IT products and services. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, quick to learn, and possess strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain services effectively to prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales and client records using CRM tools.
  • Required Skills & QualitiesStrong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Good client engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand technical products and services.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Helping and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services, software, or digital solutions is an advantage.
  • QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development (preferred).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and high learning ability may also apply.
