We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Billing (Senior Billing Engineer) to join our site team in Kandivali, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction billing (Civil, Finishing, and MEP works), ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, fostering collaboration across teams, and supporting smooth financial workflows throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves managing end-to-end billing process and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for timely and accurate financial reporting.

As a Sr. Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Accurate Billing & Invoice Management

  • Review and certify vendor and contractor bills/invoices ensuring alignment with contract terms and project milestones.
  • Process RA bills, advance payments, debit notes, and other financial documents through ERP systems like Far Vision.

Quantification & Verification

  • Prepare and validate detailed measurements for civil, finishing, and MEP works based on GFC drawings, material reconciliations, and BBS evaluations.
  • Perform site visits to ensure billing reflects actual work progress and quality standards.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track billing cycles, ensure timely submissions, and follow through with internal teams for approvals.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow reports reflecting project progress and financial commitments.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to resolve queries and maintain seamless billing workflows.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting, maintaining accuracy across billing records and reports.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labour laws related to billing and payments.
  • Support audits and ensure transparency in financial dealings.

Core Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction billing processes, particularly for civil, finishing, and MEP works.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems like Far Vision and software tools including AutoCAD, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent analytical and quantification skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
