We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B tele sales, team leadership, and achieving aggressive sales targets. You will be responsible for managing a team of tele sales representatives, driving outbound sales performance, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of tele sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective tele sales strategies tailored for B2B markets.
  • Monitor team KPIs (calls, conversions, pipeline activity) and provide regular performance feedback.
  • Ensure consistent outbound call activity and high-quality customer interactions.
  • Drive lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B tele sales
  • Strong understanding of outbound B2B sales techniques and lead generation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
