Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field sales, lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
- Manage and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Support the team in achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Assist in developing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Deliver engaging sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to boost lead generation efforts.
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in handling sales, cold calls and converting leads into sales.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Salary & Benefits
- Stipend / Base Salary: ₹4,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: Attractive incentives based on sales performance (no cap on earnings)
