Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kerala
for a
Tech Sherpa (Coding Instructor)
. The responsibilities include teaching programming concepts, guiding students through hands-on projects, troubleshooting code issues, and fostering problem-solving skills. The Tech Sherpa will also mentor learners, update and improve course content, and collaborate with the curriculum and product teams to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++)
  • Ability to explain complex coding concepts in a clear and engaging way
  • Experience in teaching, mentoring, or training (formal or informal)
  • Familiarity with software development best practices and project workflows
  • Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping others succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in building projects or contributing to real-world applications is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
