Senior Manager - Ad Tech


Overview

Pine Labs is undergoing significant growth and its teams are evolving. The company is becoming a software provider enabling payments and digitizing merchant stores.

In addition, Pine Labs is increasing the pace of growth by expanding into new geographies, acquisitions, and new products.

The company is seeking to hire a Senior Manager to lead Business development/Partnerships for overall payments product portfolios.

This role will involve developing strategies to drive business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The candidate must bring significant ambition, drive, and an entrepreneurial bent of mind to the organization that enables business growth.

They should be comfortable operating in a high-growth, multi-cultural organization with a rapidly expanding geographical footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, Implement, and Optimize AdTech Solutions
  • Develop and execute data monetization strategies leveraging audience segmentation, lookalike modeling, and programmatic advertising.
  • Manage partnerships with ad networks, exchanges, and data marketplaces.
  • Collaborate with Data, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure data is collected, enriched, and activated effectively for advertising and revenue purposes.
Oversee Yield Optimization
  • Evaluate and onboard new platforms or partners to increase data monetization potential.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and internal data governance policies.
Maintain Market Knowledge
  • Conduct market research to stay current with AdTech trends, regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and competitive benchmarks.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising, or data monetization.
  2. Strong understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, real-time bidding, and data privacy laws.
  3. Proficiency with tools such as Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, Segment, Snowflake, or LiveRamp.
  4. Experience with data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
