**Job Title**: G-Pay Revisit Executive
**Location**: Delhi NCR (East Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida), Jaipur, Kamrup, Ludhiana, Lucknow
**About the Role:**
We are looking for motivated professionals with a Fintech background to join our team as **G-Pay Revisit Executives**. The role involves visiting shops based on leads provided by the Business Development team, promoting G-Pay sound boxes, and ensuring adoption or replacement where necessary.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Visit shops as per leads shared by Business Development Executives.
* Check the payment sound box currently used by shopkeepers.
* Promote and sell **G-Pay Sound Box** to shopkeepers not using any sound box.
* Facilitate replacement of damaged/non-functional sound boxes with G-Pay Sound Box.
* Ensure accurate reporting of daily visits and maintain records of shopkeeper interactions.
* Achieve daily/weekly targets of valid shop visits and sound box activations.
**Requirements:**
* Prior experience in **Fintech/Payment Solutions** sales or related field.
* Strong communication and persuasion skills to engage with shopkeepers.
* **Bike ownership with valid driving license** (mandatory).
* Ability to work independently and achieve set targets.
* Familiarity with local market dynamics.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* **Delhi NCR:** ₹25,000 CTC (₹21,000 in-hand).
* **Other Locations:** ₹23,000 CTC (₹18,800 in-hand).
* **Travel Allowance:** ₹100 per day for 10–15 valid shop visits.
* Performance-based incentives may apply.
