About the Job role:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible
Accounts Executive
with around 3 years of experience in accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in
Tally Prime
,
GST
, and statutory filings, and should also be willing to assist in
HR and Admin-related tasks
as part of a growing and dynamic Interior design and Build company.

Key responsibilities:

Accounts & Finance

  • Handle
    day-to-day accounting operations
    in
    Tally Prime
    , including entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain
    client invoices, vendor bills, and project-related accounts
    .
  • Manage
    petty cash
    ,
    site expense tracking
    , and ensure proper documentation.
  • Assist in
    GST computation, filing, and reconciliation
    .
  • Handle
    PF, ESI, and TDS
    filings as per compliance timelines.
  • Maintain all
    supporting documents, credit/debit notes
    , and financial records for audits.
  • Assist in preparation of
    MIS reports
    , cost sheets, and payment summaries.
  • Coordinate with
    project, purchase, and site teams
    for billing and expense details.

HR Support:

  • Assist in maintaining
    employee attendance, leave records, and payroll data
    .
  • Support in
    preparing salary statements
    and statutory deductions.
  • Help in
    onboarding new employees
    , maintaining HR files, and coordinating documentation.

Administration:

  • Support in
    vendor coordination, office administration, and procurement follow-ups
    .
  • Maintain
    office expense records
    , utility bills, and ensure timely renewals of company documents.
  • Assist management in
    day-to-day office operations
    and coordination tasks.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in
    Tally Prime
    ,
    MS Excel
    , and general accounting processes.
  • Good understanding of
    Accounting Principles, GST, TDS, PF, and ESI
    .
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle
    Accounts, HR, and Admin functions
    efficiently.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience in
    interior design / construction industry
    preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in
    Accounts, Finance & Office Administration
    .
