## ## Job Title: Sr Talent Acquisition Executive Talent Acquisition

Reporting to: GM Human Resources

Location: Hyderabad

Talent Acquisition:
  1. Partnering with Hiring managers and Senior leadership to identify recruitment needs.
  2. Prepare and design job descriptions based on the requirements.
  3. Responsible for End-to-end recruitment activities and closure within agreed TAT.
  4. Sourcing using job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal referrals to attract talent.
  5. Ensuring TA process of screening, scheduling & evaluation (Behavioral & Technical) for candidate selection.
  6. Coordinate for pre & post interview activities and communicate updates on hiring process to the candidate.
  7. Ensure the documentation and credentials of candidates to process for negotiation & offer letters.
  8. Coordinate for background verification checks and pre-employment medical examinations.
  9. Utilize ATS to manage candidate pipelines, MIS reports on recruitment tracker and attrition data.
  10. Monitor recruitment metrics and generate reports on hiring on weekly, monthly and annual basis.
  11. Developed and executed talent pipeline strategies and engage with qualified candidates for critical roles.
  12. Collaborating with business HRs & Head of Departments to create workforce planning for future business growth and operational needs.
  13. Manage a high-volume recruitment of multiple positions, consistently filling an average of 30+ positions quarterly in line with TATs.
  14. Enhance candidate experience on recruitment and onboarding processes.
  15. Monitor Cost Per Hire
  16. Develop and drive the campus hiring process.
  17. Ensure pre boarding & onboarding activities of new hires for orientation sessions and a positive transition.

    ## Documentation

    1.Ensure documentation and employee file creation

    2.Releasing of offer to the selected candidates

    3.Follow up on the joining formalities

    4.Collection of educational, identity and experience documents from candidate.

    5.Verify the sanctity of the documents and payslips submitted

    6.Collect reference numbers from the candidates is advance and complete the BGV

    7.Maintain record of the BGV.

    ## Employee Onboarding

    1.Carry out effective onboarding of employees

    2.Complete the joining formalities

    3.Give complete know how of the roles & responsibilities

    4.Explain the policies of the organization and dos and donts

    5.Facility tour to the new joiners

    6.Introduce to the leadership team

    7.Ensure thorough induction of the employee and hand over the new joiner to the reporting personnel.

    ##Business Partnering:
  18. Partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  19. Proactively forecast talent requirements and planning for future needs.
  20. Ensure the recruitment process attracts top-tier talent for hiring requirements.
  21. Collaborate with managers to set clear goals, ensure timely and effective performance evaluations.
  22. Coordinate for skill gaps analysis and develop actionable plans to drive employee growth and development.
  23. Ensure delivery of training program to upgrade employee skills.
  24. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to raise concerns or issues.
  25. Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, & ensure fair treatment of employees.
  26. Provide guidance on policies, procedures, & employee well-being initiatives.
  27. Collaborate & enhance employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  28. Collect, analyse, and act on employee feedback to improve job satisfaction and retention
  29. Leverage data to identify trends & provide actionable insights to business leaders.
  30. Support data-driven decision-making related to talent management and performance optimization.
  31. Identify key challenges in employee engagement and propose data-driven solutions to enhance satisfaction and productivity.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : MBA HR

Experience: Preferred 6-8 years in hiring for OEM, Industrial Machinery Manufacturing, Capital equipment manufacturing

Skills: Excellent communication skills written and verbal, Sourcing skills, well versed with navigation of job portals and excellent negotiation skills, ability to source right profile at the right time, strategic sourcing
