Department Overview
The HR function is one of the key and integral parts of 's growth in the last 2 decades and has the following verticals - Talent Acquisition, Business HR Partnering, Talent Learning & Culture and HR Operations. All these verticals in HR ensures that employee has a meaningful and enjoyable experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle in the Company thus making his stay in the company mutually purposeful. It is also involved in strategizing, creating and implementing current (future proof) and industry relevant people processes and products that gives an employee, a WOW experience.
Role Overview
As a TA executive, you will be responsible for engaging with hiring managers to ensure their headcounts requirements are met through active hiring process which includes but not limited to understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, coordinating in selection process, negotiating, and ensuring selected candidates are offered and on-boarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Tracks and maintains active pipeline of candidates.
- Focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal ATS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, social media etc.
- Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job specifications gathered from the hiring manager
- Attract applicants by placing job advertisements (job postings)
- Assess applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job specifications
- Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the entire hiring process
- Coordinate in scheduling interviews with hiring managers
- Partnering closely with a variety of hiring managers and regional heads to achieve success in filling key and critical positions within specified TAT/timelines
- Tracks and maintains metrics as required
- Maintain candidate tracker and call productivity reports. Publishes it to HO on agreed frequency – Daily/Weekly/Monthly
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the regional/HO teams
