Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, well-organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle administrative support, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security procedures.
- Handle daily courier, mail, and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting areas are well prepared.
- Maintain front office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
- Support HR and Administration teams with clerical and administrative tasks (e.g., filing, scheduling, data entry).
- Assist in organizing internal events or company meetings when required.

- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Administration or related field).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Executive, or in a customer-facing role.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and [local language].
