- **Education**: Bachelor's Degree Required.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist; experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of travel booking systems or CRM software is a bonus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
