Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator (IndiaMART) with experience in handling online sales inquiries, follow-ups, and lead management through IndiaMART and other B2B platforms. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage daily inquiries received through IndiaMART and other online portals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with technical and commercial quotations.
  • Coordinate with the internal sales, technical, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain lead follow-up tracker and ensure timely follow-up for order closures.
  • Update and manage product listings, catalogs, and pricing on IndiaMART and other portals.
  • Record customer feedback and relay product/service issues to relevant departments.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports for inquiry status and follow-ups.
  • Support the sales team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
  • Communicate professionally via email and phone with prospective and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Engineering or Science background).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in handling IndiaMART/B2B sales or internal sales coordination.
  • Familiarity with Stepper, Servo & PLC-HMI systems, or industrial products is preferred.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and internet-based tools.
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems is an added advantage.
