  • Demonstrate strong understanding of transactional activities related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. 
  • Raise client invoices and perform data reconciliation based on month-end reporting. 
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AP and AR processes, providing guidance and resolving queries. 
  • Manage end-to-end activities for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance. 
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of AP and AR transactions, including payment requisitions and invoices. 
  • Prepare financial reports in line with finance-specified templates and standards. 
  • Ensure timely submission of finance reports with adherence to quality standards and agreed SLAs. 
  • Scrutinize vendor invoices and manage communication with vendors to resolve discrepancies promptly. 
  • Maintain and update vendor contact database; monitor internal and external communications related to AP and AR, ensuring timely responses. 
  • Uphold data confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. 
  • Review and validate data as per business unit-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders based on business and process requirements.
