Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and retention strategies. They will also oversee performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves developing HR policies, conducting training sessions, and handling conflict resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    recruitment, employee onboarding, and retention strategies
  • Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and labor law compliance
  • Proficiency in developing HR policies
    and delivering impactful
    training sessions
  • Hands-on expertise with Zoho Suite Software
    (Zoho People, Payroll, Recruit)
  • Skilled in
    conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently
    as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Relevant experience in
    IT recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Master's degree
    in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
