Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and maintain our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, page layouts, fields, record types, and process automation.
  • Data Management: Perform data imports, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce system.
  • User Support & Training: Provide day-to-day support to Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various teams.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features and functionality to improve the Salesforce experience.
  • Security & Compliance: Ensure system compliance with data protection regulations and maintain security standards.
  • Release Management: Manage Salesforce release cycles, including testing and deployment of new features.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience working for and with Real Estate companies.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Salesforce customization, configuration, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).
  • Knowledge of data management tools like Data Loader and data migration best practices.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and AppExchange applications.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
