Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Manager to oversee our overall operations.

The ideal candidate should be adept at leveraging AI tools, conducting research, having basic financial knowledge and delivering high-quality presentations to support new business initiatives. This position will occasionally require travel and interaction with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Presentation Preparation:

  • Conduct research on new business opportunities and pr, epare compelling presentations using analytical insights

2. Preparation of Excel spreadsheets:

  • Create and manage Excel spreadsheets, utilizing formulas.

3. Client Interaction:

  • Manage and oversee all operations for our customers, ensuring compliance with trade laws and regulations.
  • Occasionally travel to meet clients and represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.

4. General Support:

·
Coordinate with various stakeholders for EXIM operations to facilitate smooth operations

·      Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and administrative support as required.

·      Keep track of deadlines, action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key projects.

·      Assist with tracking shipments and coordinating with logistics partners when needed.

·      Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries.

Experience:

·      Proven experience in a similar role for 1-3 years and with an experience of 1-3 years

·      Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, in Microsoft Excel.

·      Preferably knowledge of import/export processes and basic financial knowledge or

experience in preparing financial summaries will be an advantage.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills is must.

·      Ability to travel occasionally as required.
