This role is critical in ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our BPO operations. Key Responsibilities:Bulk Hiring:Manage high-volume hiring requirements, ensuring roles are filled within specified timelines. End-to-End Recruitment:Coordinate the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. Prepare and post job descriptions on relevant platforms. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback. Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
Database Management:Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate details and progress. Generate and share regular hiring progress reports with the leadership team. Compliance & Reporting:Ensure all recruitment activities comply with organizational policies and labor laws.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement. Key Requirements:Proven experience in bulk hiring, preferably in the BPO industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
Flexibility to work from home on Saturdays. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with hiring trends and practices in the BPO industry.
