Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.

Flexibility to work from home on Saturdays. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with hiring trends and practices in the BPO industry.
