Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, meeting monthly sales targets, and coordinating with the HR and operations teams. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports, and presenting them to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in FM Sales Strategy Development and Implementation
- Proven ability in Client Relationship Management, Monthly Sales achivements and New Business Development
- Excellent skills in Sales Performance Tracking and Report Preparation
- Familiarity with FM Market Trend Analysis
- Exceptional Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, achive monthly Targets and numbers.
- Experience in facility management or a related field is a plus
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
