Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent reasoning and analytical abilities, and a solid background in legal drafting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and finalize legal documents with accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support corporate legal matters.
  • Collaborate with legal teams on various projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • Law graduate with a focus on corporate legal practices.
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a corporate legal environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the drafting field.
  • Proficient in English, with strong written communication skills.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with 97% accuracy.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in legal software.
  • Excellent analytical and reasoning skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
