Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Process Outsourcing Manager based in Delhi, India. The Business Process Outsourcing Manager will oversee daily outsourcing operations, streamline business processes, manage client relationships, and ensure project goals are met efficiently. This role includes managing outsourcing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The individual will also analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Processes and outsourcing management
- Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage teams effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in project management is a plus
