Associate - Sales Operations

- The Sales Operations Associate will support CRM administration, pipeline management, data operations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets and sales processes.
- CRM & Marketing Tools Management:- Support and manage CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Assist in pipeline management, ensure accurate deal stages, ownership, and CRM hygiene. Maintain lead flow, workflows, automation, and reporting. Use marketing tools like Mailshake, Mailchimp, and similar platforms.
- Data Analytics, Reporting & Dashboards:- Work with large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas, dashboards). Build and maintain trackers and reports, provide weekly/monthly insights, and ensure data accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, AM team, and other internal stakeholders for data alignment and operational support.
- Process Automation & Integrations Support automation of manual workflows using CRM tools, AI solutions, or basic integrations.
- Training & Enablement:- Support onboarding of new team members on CRM processes, dashboards, and reporting. Assist in maintaining SOPs and documentation.
- Management Reporting:- Assist in preparing performance summaries, pipeline reviews, sales reports, forecasting support, and deal analysis.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:- Basic understanding of SQL for reporting is a plus. Hands-on use of ChatGPT or AI tools for productivity and reporting.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce.
- Understanding of pipeline management and CRM data hygiene.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience handling datasets.
- Exposure to marketing automation or outreach tools.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
