About the Role:
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing to lead and optimise our paid marketing efforts. You will run end-to-end digital campaigns, track performance, and drive acquisition, conversions and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch and manage performance marketing campaigns across digital channels (search, social, display, paid media).
- Monitor key metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rates), analyze results and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Conduct A/B tests (ad creatives, audiences, landing pages) to improve performance.
- Manage budget allocation across channels to ensure efficient media spend.
- Collaborate with content/creative/product teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 6+ years' experience in performance/digital marketing or related role.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Good understanding of paid media strategies (SEM, paid social, display).
- Comfortable working with data, budgets, and performance reporting; ability to adapt and optimise campaigns.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
