About the Role

We're looking for a
Performance Marketing Intern
who's passionate about running and optimizing paid ad campaigns across
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
,
Google Ads
, and
LinkedIn Ads
. You'll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and conversions through data-driven ad strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across
    Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for best performance and ROI
  • Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research
  • Execute
    A/B testing
    on creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create ad assets
  • Contribute new ideas to improve ad performance and brand visibility

What We're Looking For:

  • Mandatory:
    Strong understanding or hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads Manager
  • Preferred:
    Experience with
    Google Ads
    and
    LinkedIn Ads
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion tracking
  • Eagerness to learn, experiment, and grow with a fast-paced startup
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting impactful campaigns
