We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our retail jewellery team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and the ability to create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences, style, and budget.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge, including metal types, gemstone characteristics, and jewellery care.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products to enhance customer purchases.
  • Maintain attractive and organized product displays in the showroom.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services professionally.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store's billing system.
  • Ensure proper handling, care, and security of jewellery items.
  • Maintain awareness of current promotions, trends, and new arrivals.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Participate in stock counts and assist with inventory management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
