Eligibility:
3–5 years of experience in product management, pre-sales, or solution consulting roles.

Location:
Mumbai (Onsite/ Hybrid - travel as needed)

What You'll Do

Market Strategy:

  • Define product rollout plans, pricing models, and messaging in partnership with sales and marketing benchmarks against competitors and incorporate early market feedback into product iterations.
  • Prepare go-live toolkits, sales enablement material, onboarding flows, and adoption strategies.

Program Delivery:

  • Drive execution timelines and feature delivery across engineering, QA, and deployment teams.
  • Maintain sprint cadences, release calendars, and milestone tracking for on-time delivery.
  • Run agile ceremonies and ensure sprint velocity is maintained.

Client Engagement & Solutioning:

  • Conduct on-site visits and client workshops to understand operational pain points.
  • Derive and document detailed requirements from field observations.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to map requirements to product capabilities.
  • Translate use cases into scalable solutions within the Faclon ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and field-level customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and technical solutioning frameworks.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, IoT, industrial automation, or infrastructure domains preferred.Excellent communication and documentation skills- both technical and business-facing.
  • High ownership and problem-solving attitude.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in enterprise deployments or plant-level implementations.
  • Comfort with industrial data systems (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT).
  • Prior experience in field validation or client-facing technical roles (B2B).
