Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Gurugram.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for leading the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

The role includes developing and maintaining employer branding initiatives, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 Years of Experience in End to end Recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting techniques.
  • Skills in Employer Branding and creating positive candidate experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in the startup ecosystem or mobility industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
