Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst, HR Analytics
Seeking a detail-oriented and strategic HR Analytics Business Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will analyze workforce data, develop HR metrics, and support data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities

•    Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources to identify trends and patterns.

•    Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to monitor key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, diversity, and recruitment effectiveness.

•    Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand data needs and provide insights to support strategic initiatives.

•    Conduct workforce planning and predictive analytics to forecast future HR trends.

•    Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance with data privacy regulations.

•    Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations.

•    Support HR projects with data modeling, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.

•    Stay updated on HR analytics best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

•    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

•    Proven experience in HR analytics, business analysis, or data analysis.

•    Strong proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, R, or Python).

•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

•    Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

•    Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and data privacy regulations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.

•    Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle.

•    Familiarity with statistical techniques and predictive modeling.
