Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Zonal Manager Sales - South and East, located in Bengaluru. The Zonal Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, manage sales teams, develop strategies to meet targets, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, delivering customer training for product usage, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Collaborative coordination with internal teams to achieve sales goals and uphold company standards will be an essential part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management, with experience in driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to foster relationships and address client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in Training and mentoring sales teams to achieve performance excellence.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to strategize and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the medical equipment industry and prior experience in sales within this sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
