Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Implementation: Recommending and helping to implement new technologies, data models, or systems to improve operations.
  • Cost Reduction: Identifying opportunities to reduce waste and cut operational costs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking the results of implemented changes and ensuring optimal performance of the business's operations.
  • Project Management: Managing projects related to operational improvements and changes.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: The ability to break down complex operational issues and find effective solutions.
  • Data Analysis: Expertise in gathering and interpreting data to inform recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related).
  • 6- 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations or process improvement.
  • Project management experience preferred.
