Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team in Surat. This role is ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in project coordination and management. The candidate will assist in planning, organizing, and managing various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and managing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal teams and clients
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and update task trackers
  • Prepare status reports and project summaries for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
  • Monitor project progress and escalate issues when necessary
  • Use tools like Trello, Notion, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office for day-to-day project management activities
  • Ensure effective communication across all team members
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience or understanding of project management tools like Trello or Notion
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to document project details and prepare clear reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with problem-solving abilities
