Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will drive Kruncho's digital presence—developing, executing, and optimizing integrated online campaigns to boost brand visibility, revenue, and customer engagement. This role focuses on paid performance marketing (especially Meta ads) and influencer-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, and others) to meet growth targets.
  • Build, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including developing creatives, audience segmentation, and ongoing performance adjustment to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns—identify, onboard, and collaborate with influencers to help expand reach and drive sales.
  • Analyze and report performance—track KPIs, campaign ROI, and revenue uplift from digital channels, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution across paid channels and influencer activities.
  • Conduct market research, track advertising trends, monitor competitors and adapt digital strategies as needed.
  • Maintain Kruncho's online reputation and coordinate with content and creative teams for alignment across all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure digital spend delivers against broader business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years' hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Demonstrated success with influencer marketing programs (scouting, outreach, negotiation, campaign management).
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in campaign reporting and optimization (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with proficiency in digital ad design and copywriting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities—internally and externally with influencers/partners.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail; able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced experience in paid social (Meta/Facebook Ads Manager), influencer management platforms, and campaign automation software.
  • Experience in a fast-growth consumer brand or digital product environment.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, Meta Ads, or related fields.
