Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
- Perform routine and advanced administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and file organization.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments.
2. Data Management:
- Oversee and manage databases.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation as required.
3. Process Improvement:
- Implement and monitor back-office processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
4. Communication:
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth information flow and address any back-office related queries.
5. Customer Support:
- Provide support to the customer service team by handling back-office tasks related to customer inquiries and order processing.
- Ensure prompt resolution of any issues or discrepancies.
