Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly welcome.
Understand customer needs and preferences to provide tailored recommendations on furniture and home décor.
Answer questions about products, services, and promotions to ensure an informed purchasing decision.
Sales:
Assist customers in selecting furniture items based on their budget, style, and space requirements.
Demonstrate product features and benefits, highlighting the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture.
Upsell and cross-sell related products (such as accessories, home décor, and furniture care items) to enhance sales.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a strong knowledge of the product offerings, including the materials, dimensions, styles, and brands.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the furniture industry to provide current and relevant product information.
Sales Goals and Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively engaging with customers and closing sales.
Track customer interactions, sales, and product orders accurately using CRM
Customer Follow-Up:
Follow up with customers after their purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally to maintain a positive relationship.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to achieve store-wide sales goals and maintain a collaborative working environment.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
