Center Head – Sales, Marketing & Operations (International Preschool)
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, India
Timings: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month
Joining: Immediate (Asap)
Preference to local candidates
Responsibilities:

Manage daily preschool operations and ensure quality standards.

Recruit, lead, and develop a skilled and compassionate team.

Ensure curriculum aligns with Schools Childhood Framework and regulations.

Build relationships with parents and foster community trust.

Drive admissions and meet enrollment targets.

Manage budgets and ensure financial goals are achieved.

Ensure compliance with local laws and contribute to organizational growth.

Collaborate internationally with other branches.

Any Experienced Sales & Marketing person with Good Communication skills can apply (From Education or Edtech background)
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Early Childhood Education.

years as a Pre-School Center Head or similar role.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
