Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing customer retention, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, and delivering excellent customer service. Daily tasks will include addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Customer Support and Customer Service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
