Job Summary:

Phoenix Contact India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing PLC-based automation solutions tailored to client requirements, with a strong focus on PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and propose PLC solutions in line with customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Analyze client specifications and translate them into functional control system architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, project management, and engineering to deliver optimal automation solutions.
  • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations as required.
  • Ensure all designs and implementations meet compliance, quality, and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams as needed.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in
    PLC programming
  • Experience with
    SCADA
    systems and
    HMI
    design and configuration is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP)
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to conceptualize complete system designs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of industrial standards and approvals
  • Experience in industrial automation domains like process control, factory automation, or infrastructure automation
  • Familiarity with Phoenix Contact products and solutions will be an advantage
  • Capability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers

Experience:
8 - 10 Years

Qualification:
Diploma or B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering
