We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven MBA HR graduate with a specialization in recruitment to join our team as an IT Recruiter. The role involves end -to -end recruitment activities for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.Requirements • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across various levels. • Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role expectations. • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), referrals, and social media. • Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates, and coordinate technical interviews. • Schedule and follow up on interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions. • Maintain candidate data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System). • Ensure a smooth candidate experience and assist with onboarding processes. • Stay updated on market trends in IT hiring and proactively build talent pipelines. Key Skills and Competencies: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines. • Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms. • Good negotiation and decision -making skills.Qualifications: • MBA in Human Resource Management (preferably with a focus on recruitment). • Internship or prior experience in IT recruitment is a plus.Benefits Contact us on whatsapp) / Mail to: -;\/a>
